We. Deserve. Better.

We. Deserve. Better.

Two-thirds of West Virginians live in rural, unincorporated communities—rich in potential but often overlooked, facing poor infrastructure, scarce jobs, and little to no revenue for growth.

Stephanie is committed to ensuring no community is left behind; her plan delivers economic growth directly to rural areas.

Rural West Virginia is the heart of the state. Through smart investment and community empowerment, we will build a future where every resident can thrive.

Rural Opportunity Policy Priorities

  • Secure Targeted Funding.  Champion federal and state grants and investments for infrastructure and community projects—without placing financial burdens on local residents.

  • Build Modern Infrastructure. Expand broadband, upgrade roads, and improve essential services to unlock access to remote work, education, and healthcare.

  • Empower Local Voices. Establish community councils and participatory programs so residents can set priorities and guide development initiatives.

  • Grow Local Businesses. Support small business grants, mentorship programs, and cooperatives in agriculture, crafts, and other homegrown industries.

  • Deliver Measurable Results. Track progress through job creation, improved connectivity, thriving local enterprises, and stronger, self-sufficient communities.
